 Perfectly Posh was started with the firm belief that we all need pampering to take care of ourselves. It’s critical that all of us take a little time to rejuvenate so we can spend the rest of our time giving back to those we love. Perfectly Posh plans to donate up to 20,000 Inspiration Bags (over $1,000,000 in retail value) towards the DiVA Project.



Fight Against Domestic Violence launched in February 2017. It was started by generous individuals who believed they could make an impact in this space. It’s founding members realized that the direct selling/network marketing industries could make a large impact around issues of domestic violence because of their team-oriented structures and passionate sellers. FADV believes that domestic violence is a public health issue that affects every sector of society. It is as pervasive as any other epidemic and just as costly.

It continues to persist because of a shame and stigma associated around issues of private family violence. FADV is dedicated to increasing awareness and shedding light on issues of family violence. The You Deserve It Foundation is the charitable arm of Perfectly Posh. Its network of Independent Consultants and tribe of friends combine their energy, resources, time, and talents to improve the lives of people everywhere. You Deserve It will help build awareness about the DiVA Project. 



 Alison Faulkner is a brand strategist who creates empowering content for The Alison Show. She believes sharing is caring and that everyone has inherent gifts they can use to build something greater than themselves to connect and create lives they truly love. Alison plans to build more awareness about the DiVA Project on her podcast and social media platforms.


Meet the Executive Committee


Ann Dalton 

Ann Dalton started Perfectly Posh back in 2011. She brings a strong background in product development, design, promotion, events, and a passion for pampering with the BEST ingredients and USA-made products. Ann also brings almost two decades of entrepreneurship, and nearly a decade of working with other women who own businesses in the social selling model. She is a workaholic who loves to see other women create and build their lives on their own terms.

Ann loves old movies, art, and history. She and her husband Justin have been married for nineteen years. Together, they enjoy spending time with their three sons, finding new adventures in sports, travel, food, and keeping up with Perfectly Posh. As the company grows, Ann’s vision is to see it become a trend-setting, national brand that redefines what it means to own a social business. At the same time, Posh is raising the bar on skincare quality and fun standards in a real-world setting: everyone needs Perfectly Posh, not just direct sellers! She has focused innovation and relevant business strategies that work in today’s fast-changing world, while keeping an eye on the pampering purpose of the brand.

Ann is fixed on continuing to share the notion that you deserve to be pampered. She knows that when you take care of yourself for just a few minutes, you’re better able to take care of all the other things you’re passionate about.





Alison Faulkner

Alison Faulkner of The Alison Show has made a career doing whatever she feels like doing. But it always involves finding ways to feel awesome and help others feel awesome, too. Alison is a branding and events expert with a highly engaged online community. She hosts all-female dance parties, writes, speaks to large groups, and teaches workshops and online courses. Alison also runs a digital download and party swag shop called Party with Alison and hosts a podcast with her music-producer hubby called Awesome with Alison. She believes in love, dancing inappropriately, and putting your own name in lights.





Jared Richards is a successful social selling veteran and discovered first hand how social selling itself provides a critical solution to domestic violence. Over the years Jared encountered countless survivors who expressed how social selling provided them with a community of supportive friends, confidence in their ability to make positive changes in their lives, and a pathway for power over their finances which ultimately allowed them to escape from their unsafe situation.

Jared wanted to bring domestic violence resources closer to the social selling population and to mobilize the incredible energy, talent and resources of the social selling community to support on-the-ground domestic violence organizations.  Fight Against Domestic Violence (FADV -  a 501(c)(3) charity) was born from that desire and today the organization provides awareness, education, outreach, and financial resources for survivors and more than 500 domestic violence organizations across the U.S. and Canada.





Brooke A. Muir is the Program Director for Fight Against Domestic Violence (FADV), a non-profit dedicated to providing education, awareness, outreach and financial support to domestic violence victims/survivors and their community. As Program Director, Brooke manages FADV’s financial grant and corporate product-grant programs. In addition, she also heads up fundraising and volunteer events throughout the U.S.

Working with her colleagues at FADV on annual NoMore and Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) campaigns, Brooke also has represented FADV and spoken at events in Salt Lake City, Nashville, Chicago, and Dominican Republic. She has also lobbied with the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence on the hill in Washington D.C. on behalf of victims and service providers.

Brooke believes that in order to change our communities, we must change the conversation around intimate partner and family violence. Family violence cannot stay in the shadows. Working together, nonprofits and corporations can bring down the walls of shame and secrecy and support individuals in violent situations, and support service providers to create safer, less violent communities.




Brett Muramoto

Brett loves to make people laugh and smile, which is why he excels in event planning and philanthropy. After college, Brett took a leap of faith and bought a one-way ticket to NYC where he started his career in special events and fundraising with a small communications agency. He worked with best-in-class brands across a wide range of categories, including fashion, food & beverage, health & wellness, hospitality, and nonprofits. Since then, Perfectly Posh has allowed Brett to throw parties while doing some good for those who need it the most.
